Blessing the New Beginning of Two Beloved People – Wedding Ceremony Speech

The most precious value in life is love. That love has brought the groom and bride together today in this meaningful union. We sincerely congratulate this precious occasion where they have tied the knot as husband and wife, surrounded by the warm blessings of both families and our many guests. We also extend our deepest respect and gratitude to the parents of both families who raised these two individuals with devotion and love over many years. On behalf of both families, we offer our heartfelt thanks to all the guests who honor this occasion with their presence.
As the officiant for today, and as someone who has walked this path before them, I wish to share a few words of advice on this meaningful day.
Marriage is not merely about a man and a woman coming together to form a household. It is a great human bond where two families and two cultures unite as one, and it marks a turning point in life where responsible adults begin a new chapter. The vows the bride and groom exchange at this very moment are not just for today; they are precious promises that must be kept steadfastly throughout all the time to come. May you always keep that vow deeply engraved in your hearts and never forget it, no matter how much time passes.
What I wish to emphasize again and again is love. Love is the most precious gift bestowed upon us by God and the central emotion that guides our lives. Love doubles our joy and halves our sorrow. If that love combines the pure and warm heart of the groom, Mr. ○○○, with the wise and intelligent character of the bride, Ms. ○○○, their home will always be a beautiful sanctuary overflowing with warm affection and laughter. I hope you will cherish that fluttering feeling you had when you first met, always approach each other sincerely, and become a couple who shares love generously.
Next, I wish to emphasize filial piety toward parents and familial affection. You both grew up in different environments and with different values, and now you are forming a new family together. In this process, differences in culture and lifestyle may lead to conflicts, large and small. However, through mutual understanding and consideration, respect and reverence for your parents, and warm affection among siblings, you must wisely overcome these conflicts. True peace in the family is only achieved when built upon filial piety and affection. I hope you will always remember this mindset and put it into practice.
Also, I have something special to say to the bride, Miss ○○○. A foreign novel once said, “A mother completes half of her son, and his wife completes the other half.” This likely means that the role of a wife is that significant and important. I urge you to become a wise and beloved wife—a steadfast companion to your beloved husband, the heart that warmly embraces your family. Of course, this is not a responsibility placed solely on women. The groom, too, must become a true companion who supports the bride’s dreams and life, walking alongside her always.
Through this glorious wedding today, I believe the bride and groom, standing at a new starting line, will grow into a beautiful couple who become an example for many. Life will bring unexpected hardships, but I hope you will recall the vows made here today, deepening your understanding and cherishing each other. Love often shines brighter through actions than words, through deeds rather than promises. I sincerely wish that peace and happiness always fill the path you walk together as a couple, bound by steadfast love and faith.
With these words, delivered with all my heart though they may be inadequate, I conclude today’s wedding ceremony. May the bride and groom’s future always be filled with bright smiles, warm sunshine, and unchanging love. Thank you.

On the day you bear the fruit of love

On this bright and warm summer day, I sincerely congratulate you both on bearing the fruit of love in this beautiful setting. Today is a special day marking the birth of a married couple and a meaningful starting point as they begin their journey through life together. The warm blessings of all the guests gathered here today make this moment feel even more radiant and deeply moving.
Truthfully, when Mr. ○○○ asked me to officiate, I felt a considerable burden. I knew full well that the role of officiant is one that cannot be taken lightly. However, during his school days, Mr. ○○○ was a student who was more diligent and responsible than anyone else, and above all, he was a student I cherished. Grateful for that sentiment, I gladly accepted. Standing here today, I feel anew just how joyful and grateful I am to have been entrusted with this role.
Part of me was also curious about who Mr. ○○○ had chosen as his life partner. But meeting her in person today, I was immediately struck by how bright, graceful, and warmly smiling she is. It felt natural to think they make such a well-matched pair, and I can’t help but look forward to the time they will share together.
At this point, though it feels a bit awkward, I’d like to briefly share a memory from my youth. I want to share the short letter I gave to my now-wife when I proposed to her decades ago with the bride and groom here today, and with all the guests. I hope it becomes a time to reflect anew on what love truly is, and how precious that pure heart is.

To you
I send a single pink rose.
I confess to you.
The meaning of the pink rose is your charm.
To you
I send a red rose.
Its meaning is ‘I love you’.
To you
I send a red rose and a mist flower together.
Please, accept my heart.
Kneeling before you
With all my sincerity
I pledge my love.
Just as the beauty of roses
Is eternal,
So too will our love
Be eternal.

It might sound a bit childish, but I believe love stems precisely from this kind of heart. The courage to express oneself wholeheartedly and confess with sincerity. Isn’t that courage and sincerity the very force that sustains a relationship for the long term?
My sincere wish for the bride and groom is that you hold onto the excitement and commitment of this moment long after your wedding day. As you build your life together, there will be times when you feel tempted to insist only on your own perspective. Yet, it is precisely during those moments that consideration and respect for each other become most crucial. In the early days of marriage, the emotion of love envelops everything. But as time passes, the familiarity of daily life in the same space can lead to minor conflicts. Yet this is a natural process that comes to everyone.
What truly matters is how you accept that process and how wisely you overcome it. I believe the two of you standing here today will navigate those times with wisdom and warmth, growing together in a deeper, stronger love.
May you never forget your initial feelings, and walk together for a lifetime based on mutual trust and affection. I sincerely bless this beautiful beginning and conclude my officiating remarks here.
Thank you.

A couple needs true and unwavering love

On this meaningful day, with the elders of both families gathered and amidst the warm blessings of our guests, I sincerely congratulate the two of you on forming a new family through marriage. I also extend my deepest gratitude and congratulations to the parents of both families, who lovingly nurtured and raised these two individuals with such care to make this beautiful day possible. Furthermore, as the officiant of this ceremony and on behalf of both sets of parents, I offer heartfelt thanks to all the distinguished guests who took the time to grace us with your presence despite your busy schedules to bless the couple’s future.
Both the groom and bride marrying today grew up in good families and received excellent education. Therefore, I believe they will cherish and respect each other with exceptional responsibility and warm hearts, building a happier and more exemplary married life than anyone else. However, at this meaningful moment as they take their first steps as life partners, as the officiant, I wish to offer them a few words of advice.
Everyone dreams of a happy and peaceful life. No one wishes for unhappiness. Yet, the happiness we desire cannot be created by someone else, nor can it be bought with money. True happiness is something only the two of you can build together by uniting your hearts. The same holds true for married life. As you begin a new life together as husband and wife, the most important thing is ‘true and unwavering love’. Just as air is essential for our survival, that love is the most precious foundation sustaining a married life.
To protect that love, certain attitudes are necessary. First, you must always consider how you perceive your partner. Do not view your spouse merely as someone you must take responsibility for or as a means to achieve some purpose. Instead, see each other as true life companions who help one another and grow together. A husband has his strengths and weaknesses as a husband, and a wife has her strengths and shortcomings as a wife. Only when you respect each other’s good qualities and warmly complement each other’s shortcomings can you truly become each other’s ‘life partner’.
Furthermore, the attitude of accepting each other as you are is also crucial. At this very moment, you are standing here together because you have decided to accept everything about each other just as it is. You were able to make the significant life choice of marriage because you acknowledged and embraced each other’s conditions—appearance, personality, family background, financial circumstances, and even future potential. However, these conditions can change over time. Appearance changes, personalities evolve, and circumstances can shift. Precisely then, it is vital not to forget the original commitment of this moment and to hold onto the respect and love you felt at the beginning.
Furthermore, a married couple must constantly strive for ‘unity’ and ‘harmony’. Only by gradually becoming more alike in life direction, values, and even perspectives on life can they become a true couple. Even in the small details of daily life, such as work priorities or food preferences, effort is needed to understand and accommodate each other. To achieve this, it is necessary to gradually let go of stubbornness and prejudice, adopting an attitude of reaching out to the other first. As understanding and consideration accumulate, deeper trust and love grow between spouses.
Today, at this very moment, you two are opening the door to a new life together. As you journey forward, you will encounter both joyful moments and, at times, difficult challenges. May you always remember the vows and promises of love shared here today. And upon that foundation, may you cherish and care for each other, taking each step forward together. True and unwavering love, along with deep trust and respect for one another, will steadfastly safeguard your future.
May this marriage today mark the beginning of a beautiful and happy journey for the two of you, and I sincerely wish that warm blessings always accompany your future.
Thank you.

Sharing Love

We sincerely congratulate Mr. ○○○ and Ms. ○○○ on their marriage. Today, surrounded by the warm blessings of both families and our cherished guests, this is a meaningful moment as the couple begins their new journey together. At this very moment, the faces of the groom and bride are filled with excitement and determination, and the look in their eyes as they gaze at each other is filled with genuine love and unwavering trust. More than any couple I have ever seen, their gaze was deep and steadfast, overflowing with the energy of love. I believe everyone gathered here today shares this same feeling.
What I wish to convey to the bride and groom today is the ‘sharing of love’. You two have undoubtedly stood here today having already given and received boundless love for each other. Even at this very moment, you are surely sharing your hearts with one another. Yet, we sometimes forget the true meaning of love. Especially when life doesn’t flow as we imagine, when unexpected difficulties arise, when our hearts grow weary and lose their ease—sharing that love is never easy. Expressing love when it’s abundant and everything is smooth sailing is something anyone can do. But few can offer love ‘despite everything’ even in difficult and burdensome situations.
It is precisely in such moments that a couple’s ‘sharing of love’ reveals its true value. When unexpected trials come, if you can be a comfort to each other and wrap your heart in a warm word, that love grows stronger and ultimately creates a remarkable miracle. The love shared in this way will return over time as deeper bonds and trust, guiding your relationship to even greater beauty. I hope you will remember this heartfelt sentiment not only on days filled with love like today, but also when reality feels exhausting and difficult someday. I sincerely wish for you to become a warm and deeply connected couple who understand and cherish each other always, wherever you are.
With heartfelt blessings for this beautiful beginning, I conclude my remarks. Once again, I sincerely congratulate Mr. ○○○ and Ms. ○○○ on their marriage, and from the bottom of my heart, I wish their days ahead to be filled with love and happiness. Thank you.

Like the mythical birds flying side by side across the sky

Ladies and gentlemen, hello.
Outside, the air is already filled with the fullness of late spring. The breath of life fills the earth, and the warm sunshine gently embraces our hearts. On this clear and beautiful spring day, I extend my deepest gratitude to all the guests who graciously honored us with your presence despite your busy schedules.
Today, two young and beautiful individuals stand before us. Holding hands, they take their first steps toward a single life, a single family, embarking together on the long journey of life. As someone who sincerely blesses the beginning of this bond, and as an elder in life, I wish to offer a few heartfelt words of advice.
Ladies and gentlemen, have you heard of the legendary ‘Biyukjo’ (比翼鳥)? This bird, with only one eye and one wing each for the male and female, can only fly through the sky when paired together. Alone, it cannot fly at all. Only when the two are together do they become complete, able to soar freely through the vast sky.
The marriage of these two is no different from this mythical bird. None of us can fully navigate all the seasons of life alone. That is why we seek a partner to embrace us, waiting for someone to fill our gaps. And today, these two have finally met the one and only companion God has prepared for them.
From this day forward, their lives will no longer belong solely to ‘me’ but will be renewed under the name ‘us’. Just as intertwined branches grow together with roots entwined and limbs touching, their lives too will take root as one from this very moment. A time begins where they will laugh together, cry together, and rely on each other within the small yet profound universe of their home.
All the days ahead will feel a little different from those before. Joy will be doubled, sorrow shared, and it will be a journey of embracing and filling each other’s shortcomings with love and patience rather than blame. Cherishing and respecting each other over time to build one life together—that is the true meaning we must uphold under the name of marriage.
Please remember that, like the mythical birds Bi-ik-jo, you cannot fly alone. May you become each other’s wings, each other’s eyes, and each other’s heart. With wisdom and love, cross life’s rough paths together. Be each other’s strength at times, and each other’s guiding light at others. When you walk together like this, you can overcome any trial, and your love will grow ever stronger and deeper.
I sincerely pray that the bond between you two, beginning here today, will continue peacefully and beautifully throughout the days granted by the Lord. May you fly side by side through the sky for a long time, as each other’s other half, each other’s wings. And may that love grow deeper with time, ultimately becoming the most reliable and warmest ‘home’ for each other.
Please now convey your blessings and encouragement with warm applause to the couple embarking on this beautiful beginning. Finally, I extend heartfelt congratulations once more to today’s protagonists, the groom and bride, and conclude my officiant’s remarks.
Thank you for your kind attention.

Love and War

I sincerely congratulate Mr. ○○○ and Ms. ○○○ on their marriage. We also extend our deepest gratitude and congratulations to both sets of parents who raised these two with love and devotion. And we sincerely thank all the guests who have joined us today for this meaningful occasion to bless the bride and groom’s future.
Today, surrounded by the blessings of many, the couple has taken their first steps as husband and wife. At this moment, as they embark on a new journey together in life, we are sharing genuine joy and excitement. People often say marriage is “love and war.” While this may be a somewhat exaggerated expression, life as a married couple can indeed be a journey where passionate love and conflicts, big and small, coexist. As you share your lives, you will face each other’s differences, and moments may come when emotional rifts deepen. Through this process, everything will be understood, and there may be times when you must resort to any means necessary. But above all, what matters most now is that the two of you become each other’s strongest allies. Do not hold each other to the same cold standards you might apply to others; do not doubt or treat each other coldly. Look at each other as you truly are, embrace each other with warm eyes, and become someone who can always be trusted and relied upon.
The two of you have lived lives that were never smooth sailing. To pursue your dreams, you left the comfort of family, lived alone, and endured lonely, exhausting times. Those years forged you into individuals stronger and more resilient than most. Yet, even the strongest person tires without a place to rest their heart. Meeting each other, sharing your true selves, leaning on one another, and growing your love through shared tears and laughter—that is how you built your bond. Warmly embracing each other’s wounds and loneliness, becoming each other’s refuge, today they are reborn as husband and wife.
Because they are strong individuals, I believe they will boldly navigate whatever life brings. Yet, to achieve greater dreams and build an even more resilient life, they will surely need a warm home where they can rest peacefully and a partner who always stands by their side. I have no doubt. Because they understand each other’s value better than anyone and deeply grasp the meaning of the word ‘family,’ I am certain they will build a home warmer and cozier than any other couple.
As you live your lives together, unexpected difficulties may sometimes arise. But even when those moments come, please remember this time today. Never forget the excitement and emotion you feel looking at each other now, the overwhelming feeling of simply being together, and how much comfort you have been to each other. The path you walked together to stand here today proves it all. I believe that if you continue to trust and rely on each other in the time ahead, it will be filled with beauty and warmth.
I sincerely wish that joy and peace, like warm sunshine, will always accompany your future together. May you cherish each other ever more deeply, step by step, based on love, understanding, consideration, and respect. Once again, I offer my heartfelt congratulations on your marriage and pray that this moment today becomes the most radiant starting point in both your lives. Thank you.

Use the language of love

On this beautiful and blessed first day of the new year, Groom ○○○ and Bride ○○○ stand at the starting line of their new family, their love tank filled to the brim. To all the relatives and guests who took the time to bless their future amidst your busy schedules, I extend my heartfelt gratitude on behalf of the hosts. I also convey deep appreciation to both sets of parents who raised the bride and groom with warm love, enabling them to stand here today. I sincerely pray that God’s great grace and blessings will always be with this newly starting family.
Each person has a unique way of feeling and expressing love—their ‘love language.’ Some feel loved through kind words, others through quality time spent together. Some receive love through small gifts or acts of service, while others through physical touch. What matters most is not how I express love, but accurately understanding the language through which the other person feels loved, and communicating that love in their language. No matter how deep and sincere the feelings, if the expression differs, that love may not be fully conveyed and can lead to misunderstanding. Thus, the love tank slowly empties, and the relationship begins to wither.
Knowing, learning, and practicing love languages is not a simple choice but an essential requirement for a happy married life. When both partners understand each other’s love language and express their feelings accordingly, love is finally conveyed fully, and their lives together become deeper and more abundant. Now, the bride and groom embark on a new journey where they become one not only in body but also in heart. As they understand each other more deeply, share love in each other’s language, and put it into practice, their future life will become stronger and warmer.
Here, I would like to offer a small piece of advice to the bride and groom. First, I encourage the bride to use the ‘language of requests’ with the groom, rather than commands. A ‘request’ is an expression that conveys respect and trust for the other person’s existence, sending the warm message: “You are precious to me, and you have the ability to make me happy.” This way of expressing oneself has the power to move the groom’s heart and awaken his pride and sense of responsibility as a loving partner. Conversely, commanding language can come across as instruction or control rather than an expression of love, potentially making the groom feel ignored. This distances the language of love and creates small cracks in the marital relationship.
When you understand and practice the language of love, filling your spouse’s love tank, the world feels much warmer and brighter. Those who experience abundant love can unleash their full potential in life. But the moment someone feels unloved or merely used, the world appears cold and dark, and even their inner potential shrinks. Ultimately, the language of love truly exerts its power when it is continuously communicated and practiced based on mutual understanding and respect.
Today, in this place, the groom and bride have shared their commitment to cherish each other’s love languages and to live out those languages constantly for one another. I sincerely hope this commitment continues in their daily lives, leading them toward a happy home where the love tank is filled each day. Praying that God’s grace and peace always accompany them in their future, I offer these words as my heartfelt message to the couple.
Thank you.

A Person Worthy of Love

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has joined us at this meaningful occasion where groom ○○○ and bride ○○○ become one and announce their new beginning. We also express our deepest respect and gratitude to both sets of parents who raised them to be as beautiful and wonderful as they are today. On behalf of the bride and groom, we once again extend our thanks to all the relatives and guests who have graced this occasion with their presence.
Today marks the moment when two people who have loved each other sincerely for a long time share their promise to cherish that love throughout their lives. And to share this precious moment of vows, many of you have graciously made the journey here today. At this very moment, the bride, dressed in a dazzling gown, must be shining brighter than any jewel in the groom’s eyes, and the groom, elegantly dressed in his tuxedo, must be approaching the bride looking more dependable and trustworthy than ever before. Because these two people deeply love each other right now.
Standing here with loving hearts, the couple will continue to cherish the desire to be loved by each other in the time ahead—perhaps even more earnestly than they do now. But for that love to endure unchanging, deep understanding of each other and constant effort are absolutely necessary. Because love is not merely an emotion; it is the process of each becoming a person ‘worthy of being loved’.
Becoming husband and wife means transcending the relationship between a man and a woman; it means becoming true ‘family’ to each other, like parents, like siblings. And becoming family also means that sometimes, precisely because the bond is so close, it can become a relationship where we easily forget its preciousness or become careless. Familiarity brings comfort, but within that familiarity, small, delicate attentions can slip away. And that creeping indifference can gradually lower the temperature of affection for each other.
As time passes, ‘being together’ becomes taken for granted, and the ‘mindfulness of caring for each other’ can grow faint. Eventually, you might find yourself asking: “Am I still someone worthy of love?” While the desire to be loved remains, you may realize you’ve forgotten the mindset and attitude needed to receive it.
That’s why, from today onward, both of you must put in even greater effort than before. They must uphold the belief that they live together not merely ‘because they are husband and wife,’ but because they are ‘people worthy of loving each other.’ They must become warm individuals who always care about what the other desires, listen attentively to what the other likes and dislikes, and sensitively notice even the slightest emotional nuances. And it is precisely the process of practicing this attitude little by little each day that will form the foundation of true love.
The two of you grew up in different environments and have lived viewing the world in different ways. For such two people to live together, love alone may not be enough. True love begins with acknowledging each other’s differences. The moment we accept that thoughts differ and emotions vary, we can begin the effort to understand the other as they truly are. Through this process, both will grow daily into ‘people worthy of being loved.’
If you always show each other warm concern, strive to understand wholeheartedly, and truly cherish the time you spend together, you will live as a happier couple than anyone else. And someday, you will become the couple many wish to emulate, the couple who show what true love really is.
I sincerely wish that the love begun here today remains unchanging and grows ever deeper and warmer. May your future always be filled with love and blessings. With that, I conclude my officiating remarks.

Learn the arithmetic of love

First, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the guests who have graced this meaningful occasion with your precious time. Today, the world outside is filled with fresh vitality. May is truly a magical month. It is a time when the colors of heaven and earth are newly dyed, and all things in the world become soft and gentle, like dove feathers. People’s hearts swell with wonder, and the scent of roses carried on the breeze sweetly caresses the soul. In this beautiful season, two young people stand before you to bear the fruit of their love.
At this moment, they choose each other as life partners and take their first steps together on the path ahead. Now, they must set aside the world’s calculations for a while. In their world of two, selfish calculations and profit-and-loss standards are no longer needed. Love is a deep and vast emotion that can never be measured by numbers, and a truly harmonious home can never be built on shallow tricks or petty schemes. So now, forget arithmetic. Let go of all the complex calculations of self-interest beyond ‘you’ and ‘me’. Then, peace and happiness will flow gently through your home like music.
British author Maclaurin said, “In the arithmetic of love, 1 plus 1 equals infinity, and 2 minus 1 equals zero.” This brief yet profoundly resonant statement is a truth you, now as husband and wife, should cherish in your hearts for a long time. Live a life filled with each other’s presence. The principle of this arithmetic—that together you gain infinite strength, yet when one disappears, everything becomes empty—ultimately reminds us how precious the presence of a partner is, someone who supports and completes you. Love is leaning on each other to live together, and the home is the warm foundation where that love grows and deepens.
Of course, the journey of life you two will walk together holds countless waves and storms. The world sometimes brings unexpected trials, and other times gifts unexpected joy and success. Yet within it, times demanding pain, frustration, patience, and courage will inevitably come. Amidst all these twists and turns, the home you build together must become a warm sanctuary that embraces and heals wounds. It must be a shelter where you hold and support each other’s hearts, a home for your souls where you endure life’s hardships together.
May the everyday moments you create together be filled with magical moments that only the two of you can weave, piling up layer by layer. The promise made today, in life’s most radiant season, is itself a blessing. Among the countless bonds formed throughout a person’s life, the deepest and most precious is the bond of marriage. Through this special union, I sincerely wish that your lives together will always be warm and abundant.
Finally, I extend my deepest gratitude once more to all the guests who have witnessed this heart-swelling moment today. With joy, I now declare that these two individuals have become husband and wife, walking together on one path.

To the two who will walk together with warm hearts

May you be a couple who embraces positive thoughts over negative ones.
Ladies and gentlemen, hello. It is a pleasure to see you all. In this beautiful season when flowers bloom and birds sing, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the groom, Mr. ○○○, and the bride, Ms. ○○○, who have prepared this meaningful occasion, invited family, relatives, and cherished friends from both sides, and held this splendid ceremony. May warm blessings fill their future together. Please join me in a big round of applause.
Today, I will refrain from repeating the common wedding advice: “Love each other and honor your parents.” The reason is my belief that you both already possess this attitude and mindset, and will continue to embody it well. However, life’s journey is always filled with unpredictable changes and twists. Therefore, hoping you will cherish today’s excitement and resolve for a long time, I wish to share a few words of advice.
Above all, mastering your own heart is crucial. Though it may seem simple on the surface, managing one’s heart is actually the most difficult task. The human heart does not move as we wish, requiring daily reflection and effort. If you look closely at the Chinese character for ‘heart’ (心), it resembles a crescent moon with three stars attached, sometimes called ‘three stars and a half moon’. This symbolizes how deep, complex, and difficult the heart is to manage. When you examine great teachings, including Buddhist scriptures and the Bible, all truths ultimately converge on the ‘heart’. The starting point of happiness is choosing positive thoughts over negative emotions, and cultivating gratitude rather than complaint. Happiness does not come from obtaining everything one desires, but from knowing how to be thankful for what one already has. Such a mindset will make both of your lives warmer and more abundant.
Next, maintaining harmonious relationships with others is also extremely important. As social beings, we live amidst countless connections. Within these relationships, the greatest power lies in ‘trust’ and ‘praise’. Just as the saying goes, “Praise can make even a whale dance,” whether between spouses, parents and children, or friends and colleagues, relationships will flow much more warmly and positively if praise is freely given. Praise is not merely a matter of courtesy; it is an expression of mutual respect and encouragement. I believe that small daily compliments accumulate to become the power that ultimately transforms one’s entire life. A home overflowing with trust and praise is always peaceful, and a society composed of such people grows healthily.
The words I have shared are not grand lessons. There is no need to strain to seek wisdom far away. Learning and practicing life’s values and philosophy from the parents of both families, who are right here with us, is the most valuable lesson and the true model for life. If the groom learns the attitude of sincere living and the wisdom of management from his father-in-law, and the bride emulates her mother-in-law’s kindness and spirit of sharing, then the two of you will be remembered as an admirable couple whom everyone respects and wishes to emulate.
Standing here today, you two may be too nervous to remember all my words. That’s why I’m giving you this wedding speech in writing. On joyful days and difficult days alike, I hope you’ll occasionally take it out and read it, recalling today’s vows and excitement. That spirit will guide your path for a long time to come.
Finally, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the guests who have honored this occasion with your presence. I sincerely wish that health, happiness, and warm love always fill your homes as well. Thank you.
