Hardware Equipment Management Inspection and Planning

I will plan regular inspection schedules for the IT equipment used by your company. By maintaining inspection checklists, I will work to maximize the utilization and efficient use of IT equipment from an ‘asset management’ perspective. Specifically, I will check each piece of equipment’s purchase year, usage frequency, and level of wear and tear. I will also identify who it is issued to and which departments utilize it most, inspecting and establishing usage plans to ensure efficient use. Furthermore, regarding the purchase and A/S of computer equipment, I will build trust with vendors through consistent reliability to ensure work proceeds without disruption.

Computer Software Management and Inspection

We will ensure the honest use of software programs purchased and used by the company to prevent any infringement on the company’s interests. We will accurately check and organize information regarding legal measures to ensure proper utilization. Generally, programs used at home differ from those used at the company, and software licenses also differ when used at the company level. Therefore, we will strictly adhere to the rules, comply with legal measures, and thoroughly manage to prevent any harm to the company. We believe it is more important to uphold your company’s values by using software honestly and building trust than to focus solely on cost savings.

Intranet Management and Understanding

We will ensure your company’s IT operations run smoothly by understanding and managing the intranet your company uses. We will constantly monitor and manage the closely interconnected network within the company to prevent disruptions. We will establish processes to quickly propose and implement solutions when problems arise. Particularly, since agreements within company departments are linked to the network, we will focus our IT management efforts on preventing and resolving issues before network abnormalities occur.

IT management tasks should be handled promptly

For IT management tasks, I believe the first priority is to record and report issues immediately as they arise. Rather than accumulating tasks for later batch processing and reporting, I will meticulously manage each task as it occurs, systematically organize it, and ensure prompt reporting. Especially in IT work, beyond routine tasks, there are many unexpected variables. To handle these quickly, it’s necessary to draw on information from previously handled incidents. Therefore, when resolving issues, I will promptly organize and digitize the incident handling records so they can be utilized later.
