I possess the warmth of a heater, capable of making others feel cared for. During my school days, I studied dance sports. Dance sports is a discipline where synchronizing with your partner is paramount, so I naturally spent a lot of time with my partner. Through this process, I developed the habit of remembering and considering my partner’s small quirks. This experience became the catalyst for me being recognized as a deeply considerate person.
On the other hand, behind this warmth and consideration for others lies a cool-headed judgment like an air conditioner. During school projects, low attendance among a few members dampened the team’s overall morale. As a senior member, I sometimes offered sharp advice to shift the team’s atmosphere.
Like an air conditioner that blows away summer heat, or a heater that warms frozen hands and feet in winter, I will be an employee who provides warm service to customers.

“Sell trust and reliability!”
Captivated by the quote, “The customer decides what a company is, what it produces, and whether it will prosper,” I applied to the Business Administration department to run a company for the customer. To grow into a salesperson directly engaging with customers, I took courses on consumers and economics. Among them, the major subject ‘Consumer Behavior Theory’ was a fresh revelation. It revealed that seemingly minor things, like easily accessible advertising models and background music in stores, significantly influence consumer attitudes.
Salespeople communicating at customer touchpoints wield greater influence over customer attitudes than over product sales themselves. Therefore, I will strive to become a salesperson who sells trust and reliability, continuously analyzing customer needs through my major knowledge.
Achievement or Failure Experience
“The nickname ‘Mr. ○’ I earned at 21”
” “How much octopus should we order?” was a phrase I heard daily while running a restaurant with my mother for a year before enlisting. I handled everything from managing the ladies and part-time workers to dealing with intoxicated customers, earning the nickname “Mr. ○” from those around me. I distributed over 3,000 flyers on foot for promotion and worked hard to satisfy customers by managing our Cyworld homepage. By improving the food quality and interior design, I doubled the monthly sales within just two months. Even now, regular customers remember me and visit the shop despite my infrequent presence. Though young, I gained diverse social experience early on, learning about leadership, independence, the pride and value of labor, and the spirit of customer service.
Community Activities
“Have you seen the male members of the women’s association?”
After completing my military service, I began working for the apartment complex’s women’s association. My responsibilities were diverse, ranging from managing permits for apartment advertisements to organizing children’s Chinese character classes, eventually earning me the nickname “○-class leader.” Initially, I realized I needed to build rapport and empathy to change the members’ perception of me as just a part-timer killing time. To connect with women around my mother’s age, I joined their conversations about morning dramas, child-rearing, and husbands. Eventually, we grew as close as mother-in-law and son-in-law.
What started as a one-month temporary position led to reappointment thanks to the members’ support. I became the first male member in the history of Complex 12’s Women’s Association, participating in their sports day and bazaar. My extraordinary interpersonal skills and ability to lead conversations, which allowed me to become a male Women’s Association member, will translate into strong sales capabilities. These skills will captivate the hearts of customers who seek out ○○, both domestically and internationally.

Since working as a repair parts clerk in the Transportation Department, I developed an interest in automobiles and studied market trends through magazines and motor shows. After discovering future growth potential at Halla Air Conditioning, which has steadily pioneered indispensable areas in the finished vehicle market, my focus shifted to the parts market.
