He always emphasized that even amidst the busiest routines, rest for recharging was essential, and he practiced what he preached. In particular, he made sure to take the family on a trip or camping at least once a month, creating precious family time. This time wasn’t just rest; it was a special opportunity to strengthen family bonds, understand each other, and build empathy. When I recall my most cherished childhood memories, the scenes of camping trips with the entire family always come to mind first. Hong Kong, a city I frequently visited since childhood with my family, was never unfamiliar to me. This familiarity allowed me to complete a one-year Chinese language training program at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where I diligently finished full-time instruction in Standard Chinese and Cantonese designed for non-native speakers. Hong Kong, an international city, was a space where diverse cultures and languages coexisted, providing an ideal environment to experience the flow of the global economy up close. My inclination to explore and experience new things led me to walk new paths daily, enjoy various local foods, and expand myself within my daily life. My proactive personality allowed me to naturally mingle with both local and foreign friends, an experience that became a valuable asset beyond simple language training.
After graduating from university, I began my career at an IT solutions company, handling marketing planning. While planning was my primary role, I didn’t stop at just strategizing; I also took charge of execution, building practical operational skills as a marketer. My lifelong interest in computers and technology helped me quickly grasp the company’s newly developed technologies and products, enabling natural collaboration with developers.
