This blog post introduces how bank career position applicants can write a cover letter that presents their existing experience in a concrete and persuasive manner.
Personal Growth
As a child, I was a straightforward kid who always approached making new friends with genuine sincerity. Due to my parents’ business, we moved frequently, often confronting unfamiliar environments and new people. Yet, I never tried to build relationships through luck or deception. Instead, I consistently expressed my true feelings without pretense and maintained an actively approachable attitude.
Perhaps because my appearance seemed somewhat cold, some friends initially kept their distance. However, once they encountered my bright and cheerful true self, they gradually opened up and drew closer. Through this process, I gained a valuable realization: healthy relationships are built not on superficial appearances or artificial attitudes, but on sincerity and consistent care. This became not just a one-time childhood experience, but a lasting attitude toward people throughout my life.
Thanks to this sincere approach to forming relationships, some of the friends I made back then remain precious connections who still stand by me even after all this time. I believe this is the result of striving to make lifelong friends who could be there anytime, anywhere, rather than just fleeting acquaintances who drift apart after spending time together.
Many friends willingly responded to my efforts to maintain relationships by writing letters myself and keeping in touch regularly, allowing me to enjoy much richer human connections. My younger sibling, who grew up in the same environment, regretted not making as many close friends as I did and would often express envy, asking, “How come you make so many friends?”
Hearing that always reinforced my conviction that relationships between people ultimately stem from sincerity. Those experiences became invaluable groundwork for how I view people and build relationships. Even now, whenever I meet someone new, I strive to remember that mindset.
School Days, My Moving Diary
During my school years, my parents’ business meant I rarely stayed long in one place. Instead of building lasting memories with close friends, I constantly adapted to new environments. My life was a cycle of arriving in unfamiliar places, getting used to the atmosphere, and then moving on again. As a child, these changes sometimes felt overwhelming. Even within the same country, on a relatively small landmass, the cultures and trends favored by children differed slightly from region to region, and the pace of learning varied from school to school.
In new schools, with new friends, and amidst new atmospheres, I always had to quickly observe my surroundings, read the vibe, and adjust myself accordingly. To blend in naturally with the other kids, I needed to listen to their interests and sometimes muster the courage to approach them first. With that lively attitude and open mind, I bustled about here and there, striving to adapt quickly to change. Since we had to move again whenever my father’s business entered a new phase, the mindset of giving my all ‘right now, in this moment’ became the driving force that propelled me forward.
On the other hand, my younger sibling reacted in the exact opposite way. Believing that even if they struggled to make friends, they would eventually part ways, they often showed indifference, refusing to invest much hope in new relationships from the start. Though young, I too wasn’t without the desire to build cherished childhood memories by spending long hours with friends. But since I was born with a destiny that wouldn’t allow me to settle down from the start, I came to think that rather than trying to forcefully alter that trajectory, I should accept my current reality as it is and find my own meaning within it.
So, no matter which neighborhood I moved to, I did my best to clearly show my presence in the new environment and get along well with friends. Even though I knew I would have to leave again someday, I lived each day hoping that even just one person would remember me, would treasure the time we shared. The fact that departure was inevitable never diminished the sincerity of those relationships; rather, it reminded me how precious the encounter ‘in this very moment’ truly was.
Even in a life that inevitably drifted here and there like a floating weed, I sought to find my own meaning and value within it. Change was unavoidable, but doing my absolute best within that change was my way of actively living my life. And looking back now, I feel those times made me stronger.
Personality Introduction
I am someone who gives my all to everything and firmly holds myself accountable, ensuring I never let my guard down or become lazy for even a moment. We often tend to dismiss those brief moments that arise after prolonged focus as insignificant scraps of time and let our guard down. However, I am well aware that opportunities to make a difference are hidden precisely within those moments. Because how one utilizes even those easily overlooked brief moments ultimately creates a distinct gap between people.
Of course, excluding those with exceptional innate talent, most people must strive within similar limitations. Therefore, I believe the true factor that creates real difference is the meticulous focus and attitude that allows one to utilize even the moments when everyone else lets their guard down as tools for self-growth. I recognized and practiced this principle early on. As a result, even within an extremely ordinary environment, I gradually began to stand out and achieved exceptional growth.
Just as a mere 0.1-second difference decides the outcome among track athletes with similar abilities, I too achieved more stable growth by consistently accumulating small differences. Though not immediately apparent, I firmly believe that an unwavering vigilance and flawless concentration form the most crucial foundation of my achievements to date. This attitude will remain central to my life and serve as the driving force propelling me toward greater heights.
Life Philosophy
I firmly believe that only a stance of genuine sincerity can truly resonate with others. People often say that to manage work and life, one must rely on reason rather than emotion, distributing energy according to the situation and efficiently regulating effort. Of course, that isn’t wrong either. However, I believe that to receive praise like “You did really well” or “That’s truly excellent,” going beyond mere evaluations like “It’s okay” or “It’s not bad,” requires passion and immersion that go far beyond that.
An attitude that merely follows manuals to perform tasks safely without challenging the status quo makes it difficult to improve service quality or steer situations toward better outcomes. Ultimately, those who constantly ponder and proactively move toward better results earn greater trust and higher evaluations than those who merely operate within given frameworks without effort. No one will readily entrust new, developmental opportunities to someone preoccupied solely with maintaining the status quo.
The will to overcome challenges without fearing change, coupled with an active stance that allows one to channel their own passion within that context, is what I believe to be an essential condition for becoming a better version of myself than I am today. Of course, this attitude isn’t universally required in every work situation, but the mindset of putting genuine effort into one’s work and keeping the door open to possibilities for growth is undoubtedly a crucial virtue for developing into a better professional.
Ultimately, the attitude with which we live each day becomes a crucial key determining our outcomes. Today, and tomorrow, I aspire to live a life of “giving my all with sincerity.”

Moving around various regions during my childhood and living in diverse neighborhoods provided me with a foundation for building rich interpersonal relationships. Frequent moves naturally afforded me many opportunities to mingle with diverse people. Maintaining an attitude of always approaching others sincerely and honestly revealing myself, while focusing on opening their hearts, greatly helped me build smooth friendships. Rather than erecting unnecessary barriers between people, I have prioritized building trust through genuine communication and a steadfast approach.
