After entering university, seeing my peers solely focused on job preparation, I felt considerable disappointment at the somewhat dry peer relationships, so different from my high school days. Therefore, I took on the role of department representative and spearheaded various activities to help students find genuine passion within campus life. Among these, the pub we ran during the school festival became a great opportunity to grow closer to many seniors and juniors. The time spent laughing and sweating together while preparing remains one of the most cherished memories of my university life.
Furthermore, through my activities with the ○○ Volunteer Group, I deeply realized how precious warm human connection is. I also learned how to cooperate and solve problems together when faced with difficult situations. Moreover, going to Canada for language training allowed me to encounter diverse cultures and people, broadening my perspective and opening my mind to view the world with a much wider outlook than before. I realized that when we respect each other’s roles and work based on trust, both work efficiency and the quality of deliverables improve.

During my time handling release rights at ○○, I experienced conflict between managers. While each manager was responsible for managing their own release rights, one day during a critical timeframe, the manager next to me, who hadn’t secured their surplus, asked me for mine. I was extremely busy with work at the time and couldn’t give it my full attention, resulting in that manager making a mistake. However, the situation became even more uncomfortable when they blamed me for the responsibility, and I had to endure an awkward atmosphere with other managers for a while.
To resolve this awkwardness, I first honestly explained the situation to the other managers and also attempted to talk with the manager in question. Initially, lingering feelings made it difficult, but through several heartfelt conversations, we cleared up the misunderstanding and ultimately resolved the issue amicably.
