I can’t sit still for even a moment. When I hear new news, I have to look up at least ten related articles or pieces of information before I feel satisfied. When trendy places or new products launch, I have to go see them for myself, try them out, and experience them firsthand before I feel at ease. This tendency naturally carried over into my studies and work, and as a result, people around me remember me as a ‘curious kid who creates work for themselves’. My consistent participation in the church choir since high school was an extension of that tendency. Back then, I had to attend church every Sunday as a duty, but I felt it was a waste to just go through the motions. I began wanting to do something more meaningful with that time. I happened to see an announcement recruiting additional choir members for volunteer activities with children, and without much hesitation, I applied. Truthfully, I didn’t possess any special talent for singing, but the purpose of serving children drew me in. I still don’t know exactly how good my singing is, but I’ve continued with the choir and volunteer work steadily from that time until now. Perhaps that small curiosity, born from wonder, is a good example of what made me more diligent. For me, learning new things, experiencing them, and taking action has become more than just a simple interest; it’s the driving force of my life.
Strengths and Weaknesses of Personality

I have a bright, positive personality and smile easily. When meeting people, the first thing that catches my eye is this positive energy. Being around bright, positive people feels much better than being around those who aren’t, but above all, it’s because smiles and happy emotions have such powerful contagiousness. Happiness spreads quickly to those around you, so I always strive to be close to people who radiate this positive energy.
That’s why I constantly focus on being a bright and positive person myself. I want to be called someone’s ‘icon of positivity’ and do my best to be the kind of person who naturally lifts everyone’s spirits when they meet me. Of course, everyone’s innate personality and disposition can differ. In my case, I consider myself fortunate to have been born with this positive disposition. Nevertheless, I firmly believe that a positive outlook can also be cultivated through effort and mindset. That’s why I always strive to think positively, speak kindly, and share good vibes.

I believe company life is fundamentally a team-based existence, built entirely on teamwork from start to finish. Looking back on my school days, I naturally learned this through club activities and choir. If someone tried to stand out alone or, conversely, tried to avoid loss by reducing their share, it quickly manifested as discord. In such an atmosphere, it was impossible to produce the desired results.
Even in a small-scale organization, it is paramount that each person does their best in their assigned field and develops their individual capabilities. Furthermore, I came to realize through experience that only when I fulfill my responsibilities as a team member and firmly support the leader’s position can the organization reach its intended goals. Repeating these experiences naturally led me to understand the essence of workplace life, and I came to think that a company organization is ultimately no different.
I have yet to gain experience in a full-fledged business environment. However, through these activities, I believe I have already sufficiently learned the fundamentals of how people sharing a common purpose should integrate and harmonize with each other, and what attitude and mindset are required in that process. So, what conditions are necessary to make such sales activities more dynamic and perform them more effectively? As the Art of War states, “Know your enemy and know yourself, and you will win a hundred battles.” We must precisely understand who our customers are, continuously identify their interests and preferences, and persistently research how our products sell best in different regions based on their specific characteristics and styles. Furthermore, we must clearly analyze and observe where our target customer base is concentrated. Only then can we respond nimbly to market changes and ultimately generate the desired company results consistently. From this perspective, I believe the sales support department plays a core and essential role in creating the environment and conditions that enable the sales organization to achieve optimal results.
During my school years, I gained firsthand experience of the importance and necessity of consumer research through continuous part-time work at research companies and advertising/marketing firms.
